Abstract

To study the toxicity, efficacy, protective effect of Ganoderma lucidum preparation tiaozhiling on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the effect of treating hyperlipidemia. The health indicators, LD50 and "three causes" test of Tiaozhialin were detected. The therapeutic effect of Tiaozhialin on SHR-SP was tested for antihypertensive and apoplexy, and the clinical effect of Tiaozhialin was determined according to the national standards. The results showed that the heavy metal and bacteria content of Tiaozhialin met the national standard, LD50>10 g/kg body weight, the "three causes" test was negative, indicating that Tiaozhialin is non-toxic. SHR-SP experiment proved that tiaolin can protect the integrity of arterial endothelial cells, prevent thrombosis and bleeding, and reduce the occurrence of stroke. In the treatment of 160 patients with hyperlipiemia, the total effective rate of reducing TC, LDL-C and TG was 71.4%, 71.4% and 48.4%, respectively, and the total effective rate of increasing HDL-C was 82.5%, which also had the effect of lowering blood pressure, blood glucose and ALT in some patients. No adverse reactions were found. The results show that tiaozhialin is safe and effective, and is suitable for the treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
