Great News! the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch of the China Edible Fungi Association has offically been established!

On July 6, 2023, the inaugural conference and the first council meeting of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch of the China Edible Fungi Association were held in Mudanjiang City. Gao Maolin, the President of the China Edible Fungi Association, attended the event and delivered a speech. More than 100 representatives from the relevant departments of the China Edible Fungi Association, including government officials from Mudanjiang City, and professionals engaged in the cultivation, processing, and research of Lion’s Mane Mushroom in China participated in the conference.

The conference reviewed and approved the "Working Regulations of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch of the China Edible Fungi Association" and the "Draft Plan for the Development of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry in China." Elections were held to appoint the Chairman, Executive Vice Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the first council of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch. The proposal for the leadership members of the Secretariat of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch was also approved, and a ceremony was conducted to present the official plaque to the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch. Dr. Qiu Hongwei, the General Manager of Zhejiang Biosan Biotech Co.,Ltd. was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Lion’s Mane Mushroom Industry Branch.
